Standard Turnaround
Due to various things, my turnaround times vary depending on the type of commission. Smaller things like emotes and cutie marks are generally done within 1-2 weeks, sometimes faster. If you have a deadline for the commission you'd like to get from me, please order it 3 months in advance or I will not be able to get it done in time.
Please make sure you're checking your messages, as slow responses/unresponsive clients may delay turnaround!
Payments
For tracking and transparency, I use Ko-fi Commission Slots for payment. Ko-fi accepts PayPal and Stripe, which allows clients to pay with their card if they don't have a PayPal!Unless on a payment plan or something was discussed previously, please pay within 3 days of the final sketch delivery, or I may put your commission on the "back burner" until I receive payment. (Flagged UNPAID and put at the bottom of the Queue)If you wish to do a payment plan or pay half, I am willing to work with you, however you must communicate with me first, and you will also not receive the finished product until I get my full payment.
Tracking & Transparency
I will always provide a link to the client's card on my Trello, so they can track their position on my To-Do list. Commissioners are encouraged to contact me at any time for updates, questions or concerns. I try my best to respond ASAP, but please keep in mind that I'm only human and scheduling/life stuff may prevent me from replying right away! If I haven't gotten back to you within 24 hours, I encourage you to email me. It's possible something came up, or the notification didn't come through!
Refund Policy
Refunds are only given in emergency situations and can only be provided if less than 50% of the work has been done. If I need to refund you, I may reuse the pose/work I've put into your commission for something else, depending on what your commission was.
Work-in-Progress Pictures & Edits
I am more than happy to provide WIPs if desired, but please communicate to me if you want anything changed before the product is finalized. I will NOT do changes once the commission is complete, UNLESS this is for a VRChat avatar and something breaks, OR we discussed something previously.
VRChat Avatars
For this commission type, both parties must own the avatar base or the avatar base must be free to use. If I do not own the avatar base you want edited, the total price will increase to cover purchase of the base. Additionally, I do NOT offer avatar retextures for Quest - Sorry! That's an extra process that is difficult for me to learn and for me to test, so I cannot accurately provide the right results.If you're also a streamer or want to use your avatar in different programs, I also offer exporting your avatar to VRM at an extra but cheap fee. Please keep in mind that due to the VRM process, specific shaders that make things transparent or things like "realistic fur" will not translate properly to VRMs as VRMs use MToon and thus will look flat (at least until there's an easier method for conversion that doesn't break my brain)Additionally, at this time I only do RETEXTURES. I do not do Quest Conversions, animations, or model tweaks.
Usage Rights
You may use your commissioned work however you see fit as long as;
- you credit me somewhere on the platform you use it on
- you do NOT resell it or use it for commercial use (unless we worked something out in private)
- you do not edit it without permission (exceptions to cropping, filters, etc.)
- you do not claim the work as yours. You own the rights to your characters, but you do NOT own MY artwork.

❌ I do not accept offensive, LGBT+ phobic, racist, sexist, "revenge" or any form of hate commissions.
❌ I do not do business with Nazis, bigots, racists, art thieves, or anybody who's harassed my friends.
❌ I do NOT do NFTs and you are NOT allowed to use my work for NFTs or AI in any capacity. I reserve the right to turn down a commission for any reason, with or without disclosing why.
TOS for Adopts/OC Resales
In most cases, once you've bought a character from me, you are free to do whatever you want with them. I'm not gonna gatekeep if you decide to change the hairstyle or overall design, as long as they're still identifiable as the design I sold you. For specifics and to keep it simple:- You may change the hairstyle
- You may change colors, but only slightly. The adopt/OC must remain recognizable.
- You may change the race, gender, age, etc. of the adopt/OC.
- Ask me before reselling, I may want to buy them back.
- Do not remove my watermark yourself. If for some reason my watermark is obscuring the ability to color pick when drawing or covering markings, contact me and I will remove it/move it.
- Do not bid/offer/attempt to buy if you're not sure that you'll have the money to pay for it.
Twitch Badges
Come in a pack of 6 for the default 6 slots you start with! Each additional badge will cost extra
OBS Scenes
These are scenes you put into your streaming software, such as Starting Soon, BRB, and Ending. I also offer Offline Banners for showing when your stream is not live and overlays for streaming as well!
Panels
While these are intended for Twitch, they can be used on any platform that supports panels.
Stream emotes
While these are intended for Twitch, they can also be used on Discord or any platform you wish as long as I'm credited properly!
Sketch Digitalization
Have a traditional sketch that you want turned into digital art? I can help with that! If you want it to be colored and soft shaded, that will incur an additional fee varying on the piece.
